CIPS Level 4 Exam Dates & Results Schedule

Every CIPS Level 4 exam session from July 2026 through November 2027 — booking windows, exam dates and results dates. Bookings open at 09:00 UK time. Later sessions will be added by CIPS as they are confirmed.

OR = Objective Response · CR = Constructed Response. The cancellation deadline for each exam is that session's booking closure date (see the CIPS Exams Terms and Conditions). Always confirm dates on CIPS before booking.

CIPS Level 4 exam formats

CIPS Level 4 uses two assessment formats. Objective Response (OR) exams are computer-based and automatically marked. Constructed Response (CR) exams are written answers marked by a human examiner. Most Level 4 modules are assessed by OR; a small number are assessed by CR, and CR is not offered in the September or January sessions.
