1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Examova (examova.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Examova is an independent study platform designed to help candidates prepare for professional certifications including CIPS, PMP, and others. We provide study notes, practice questions, exam simulations, flashcards, and progress analytics.

Examova is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any certification body. CIPS, PMP, PMI, SHRM, and other certification names are trademarks of their respective organisations. We are an independent third-party study resource.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • One account per person — account sharing is not permitted

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes 5 practice questions per day per certification, a full starter lesson in each module plus study previews, basic progress tracking, and a demo exam. No credit card required.

Pro Plan: Includes unlimited practice questions, full exam simulator, flashcards with spaced repetition, detailed analytics, and all study features. Billed monthly, quarterly, or annually via Stripe.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • 5-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 5 days of your first Pro payment, contact [email protected] for a full refund
  • Refunds after the 5-day period are not provided for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell Examova content (study notes, questions, explanations)
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the platform
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass daily question limits
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Examova — including study notes, questions, explanations, software, and design — is owned by Examova or its licensors. You may use the content for personal study purposes only. Commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Examova is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in passing any professional examination. Exam success depends on many factors including individual effort, prior knowledge, and exam conditions. Our readiness scores are indicative, not predictive.

9. Limitation of Liability

Examova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. AI Assistants & Connectors

Examova offers an official Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector at examova.com/api/mcp that lets AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude) help you study. This connector is read-only and exposes only public content — certification information, current exam facts, preview practice questions, and study-guide links. It does not access your account, personal data, subscription, or any paid content, and requires no login. The full question bank, study pages, explanations, and flashcards remain available only to signed-in subscribers. Automated bulk scraping of paid content remains prohibited under Section 6; this official connector is the supported way for AI assistants to reference Examova.
