1. Using Examova

By creating an account or using examova.com you agree to these terms. Examova is an independent study platform with study notes, practice questions, exam simulations and progress analytics.

Examova is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any certification body. Certification names are trademarks of their respective owners. PRINCE2® is a registered trademark of PeopleCert.

2. Your Account

Use a valid email, keep your password safe, and be at least 16. One account per person; no account sharing.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free: 5 practice questions per day per certification, study previews and a demo exam. No credit card required. Pro: the full question bank, exam simulator, analytics and study pages, billed monthly, quarterly or annually via Stripe.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pro is billed in advance by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. 5-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 5 days of your first Pro payment, email [email protected] for a full refund. After that, partial periods are not refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

Content is for your personal study. Do not share, resell or scrape it, bypass subscription limits or access controls, create multiple accounts to get around daily limits, or use the platform unlawfully. Examova's content is owned by Examova or its licensors.

6. No Guarantee of Exam Results & Liability

Examova is a study aid and does not guarantee exam results; readiness scores are indicative only. The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile or by emailing [email protected].

8. AI Assistants

Our public, read-only MCP connector at examova.com/api/mcp lets AI assistants reference public Examova information. It needs no login and never exposes accounts or paid content, which stays for subscribers.
