CIPS Level 4 uses two exam formats. The official distinction changes both the skill being assessed and the practice you need before the exam.
Objective Response (MCQ) Exams

How to Sequence the Modules
CIPS strongly recommends starting the qualification with L4M1 and taking L4M8 last. Between those two, schedule L4M2 to L4M7 around your exam dates and study capacity. This order gives you the L4M1 foundation before the objective-response modules and leaves the integrative L4M8 module until you have studied the rest of Level 4.
